We are Kaspar and Johannes trying to cycle from Zürich to Zürich, by taking a detour around the world.
Each of us is equipped with a solar bike. Our goal is to be back in half a year. We will (infrequently) upload blog posts depending on weather, mood, internet and if we have encountered something worth sharing. Start of our journey is April 2022.
The rather strange idea for this trip formed all the way back to the end of 2020 and now we are more than excited that it actually happening.
On the right is Kaspar, a freshly graduated mechanical engineer who can definitely beat you in rowing. On the left is Johannes, a less freshly graduated mathematician. He is responsible for this mess and could even convince someone to join.
